Dr. Caelainn Coffman Rhoane is a board-certified family medicine physician whose practice is built on a simple belief: thoughtful medicine begins with understanding the whole person. She listens carefully, considers the broader context of each patient's life, and designs highly individualized care strategies.
She is the founder and concierge physician of Concierge Care LA, a membership-based practice offering direct physician access, preventive and longevity-focused care, and deeply personalized health strategy in Santa Monica and greater Los Angeles. She also serves as Medical Director of The Malone Collective and as a hospitalist at PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles.
